Hillier Property was founded by Director Brad Hillier in 2013, after beginning his real estate career in 2001 in Terrigal, on the NSW Central Coast. At the time of Hillier Property’s inception Brad was living and working in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, where he remained for a decade before resettling on the Central Coast.

Brad’s journey has resulted in an in-depth knowledge of the Sydney, Central Coast and Greater Hunter property markets, with widespread enduring client relationships to match. Overtime Brad has become increasingly focussed on development sales with experience in all investment asset classes including residential, commercial and industrial of all types. His knowledge and passion for the development market continues to grow as does the Hillier Property Team.
